Refund Policy

We want every student to feel confident about their investment in financial education. Here's everything you need to know about refunds, eligibility, and how we handle requests.

Policy effective from March 2025

Eligibility Requirements

Not every situation qualifies for a full refund. We've structured our policy to be fair but also protect the quality of our programs.

  • Request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of course purchase date
  • Course access must not exceed 25% of total material (roughly three modules)
  • No completion certificates can have been issued for the program
  • Student must not have participated in live sessions or downloaded materials
  • Original payment method must still be active and valid
  • Account must be in good standing with no previous policy violations

When Refunds Don't Apply

Some situations fall outside our standard policy. These typically involve completed services or specialized circumstances.

  • Courses purchased more than 14 days ago regardless of usage
  • Access to over 25% of course materials or completion of major assessments
  • Programs where you attended scheduled live coaching or Q&A sessions
  • Downloadable resources like templates or workbooks already accessed
  • Courses purchased during promotional pricing or special discount periods
  • Corporate or group enrollment programs with separate agreements

How the Refund Process Works

Submit Your Request

Email us at support@soraviquent.com with your account details, purchase date, and reason for requesting a refund. Include order number if available.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days. We'll check eligibility criteria and may reach out if we need additional information.

Processing & Return

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The timeline for funds to appear depends on your payment method.

Common Refund Scenarios

Changed Your Mind Early

If you enrolled but realized the course isn't what you expected, you can get a full refund within the first 14 days. Just make sure you haven't gone too deep into the materials yet.

Technical Issues Preventing Access

Sometimes tech problems happen on our end. If you genuinely couldn't access the course due to platform issues we couldn't resolve, we'll work with you on a refund even outside normal windows.

Accidental Duplicate Purchase

Bought the same course twice by mistake? That's an easy fix. We'll refund the duplicate charge once we verify the double purchase in our system.

Course Cancelled by soraviquent

If we have to cancel a scheduled program or make major changes that affect your enrollment, you'll automatically receive a full refund. No questions asked.

Important Things to Remember

Time Limits Matter

The 14-day window starts from your purchase date, not when you first log in. If you buy a course and don't touch it for two weeks, you've likely missed the refund period.

We Track Usage

Our system logs which modules you've accessed, videos you've watched, and materials you've downloaded. This helps us verify eligibility fairly for everyone.

Original Payment Method Only

Refunds go back to the card or account you used for purchase. We can't redirect to a different payment method for security reasons.

Partial Refunds Sometimes Available

If you're outside the standard window but have unusual circumstances, we might offer a partial refund or course credit. It's case-by-case and at our discretion.
